Well a little rain (at least it wasn't ice and snow) didn't keep the 56 Pro and Amateur teams from competing in the Pork competition this past Saturday in Ridgeway. The competition was designated a Pork event as the cooker had the option to cook whole hog or butts. Winning in the Pro Class was:

1st place - Firetower BBQ - Jay Thom, Pitmaster


2nd place - Up In Smoke- Brian Teigue, Pitmaster


3rd place - Steel Smokin Smokerz


4th place - Monkey Bottom BBQ
