In the SCBA you can separate and cook portions of meat separately and any portion of the meat can be used for your turn in box.
That said, it is expected that all of the meat provided to a team is cooked and served to the public to support that events chosen fundraiser. Just keep in mind that these events use ticket sales to fund local charities or other fundraisers. We as cooks should make every effort to ensure that the event hosts are successful in their goals. Successful events lead to them being repeated every year!
