It doesn't really matter who competes against who. They all use similar sauces.

We always talk about the different parts of the state and different sauces. I judge mainly in the low country. But if you could pick 3 teams from the low country to compete against 3 teams from the upstate who would they be? Just wondering because as a judge I don’t see a lot of the teams.
