Are you willing to sell the pecan wood? If so, how much for a level Chevrolet 1500 full size pickup load. How long has it been cut?9 Previous Message
I have done charcoal + propane to death, and am itching to get a stick burner. My wife is advising me to test drive it before I sink a bunch of money into a nice one - and I agree! I have a history of getting hot + cold on hobbies and sinking a pile of money into one before jumping ship.
I've already kind of ruled out the "cheap, thin metal, big box store offset" - I'd prefer to try out the real deal and see what its like. Does anyone have a quality stick burner - trailered or trailerable - that I could borrow to cook on for a weekend? I am in West Ashley but will travel -
Thanks -
Matt
