We would love to have a few more cook teams for Williamston Pig in the Park cook off May 18-19. Go to www.williamstonpiginpark.com for info and entry forms. Pork butts are the main meat category and there will be a pork rib throw down for those who want to participate. No Friday night events. Get in touch with event marshal for rib entry.
