Hi. I own a catering company in the Kansas City area and specialize in BBQ. I have recently started branching out to discover other regional bbq flavors. I will be in Charleston the weekend of this festival and would love to see if I could spend so e time with a couple of the competition teams and maybe a director to ask a few questions a and learn more about Carolina BBQ.
