Friends, Already a couple of teams who took this first FREE class in January of this year (2016) have taken home some hardware. It could happen to you too.

: a FREE competition BBQ class taught by South
: Carolina Master BBQ Champions! The class

: many requests to hold another one in 2017.
: This FREE class will be open to the first
: 30 teams who apply and have met the
: following criteria. Too qualify for the free
: class teams must meet the following

: 1.Teams must have cooked in a minimum (3)
: SCBA events in 2016.
: 2. Teams must not have placed 1st, 2nd or
: 3rd in any SCBA sanctioned category
: (Butts/Whole Hog/Ribs). This does not
: include Friday AB events.
: 3. Currently the class will be open to Team
: Captain and one team member. This may change
: based on response.
: 4.. Teams must physically mail an
: application to the provided address once
: registration opens at the end of 2016. No
: advanced spaces will be held. It will be
: first come / first served based on USPS
: postmarked applications.
