Welcome back for another joyride of a season!

Early thoughts on our new leader are that he sounds (so far) as if he knows what he wants and how to achieve. Certainly appears to be a step up on several of the previous leaders (who in fairness, could/ should have done better, but weren't abject failures either).

On the goalkeeper change - good luck to Bass but I think/ hope that the newbie is another step forward towards a truly competent keeper.

Defense - several in & outs but feels like overall an improvement but still a little more improvement required to ensure promotion this season.

Midfield + attack will hopefully be better than last season & they'll score more goals & assists, even with Mcgoldy gone.
Still hoping for at least 1 additional out and out striker to arrive.

Todays game - anything could happen depending on the new team bonding etc The friendlies didn't really show us too much other than the potential is there, so.....
Notts to win 2-0 & set an example of keeping clean sheets which is what I think will help the Maggies fly to promotion this season!
