I am hoping you all can give me some guidance. It is about Tom and his medical records, childhood medical records. Actually, it would probably start with his mom and then onto him. Of course, the doctor that helped his mom have birth has since passed away. Tom's childhood doctor has since passed away as well. My question is.....where are these records? This was a county clinic. Also, Tom was in the hospital as a child but he does not know why. We need to know why. Would these records still exist? Gosh, I sure hope so. We need them desperately. I just don't know where to start. Thanks!
