Their bills are insane.... We're talking easily upwards of $1000/month due to all the fees they keep adding on. One lady I know has a storage building & only turns the electric on in the summer time when she uses it for ceramics and was being billed $500-something a month thruout the winter due to all the mandatory fees.
It's insane. That's one of the poorest areas in the nation & Eastern KY Power is just steamrolling them again & again....
