make it the same as last month even though we use 699 kw less than the month before. They added a customer service charge and a commodity fee. I can't see the those fees yet because I am looking the bill online because the city community fb page is blowing up about the new fees and I had to go look at the bill. It only shows me the kw and payment amount so far. Our bill is really pretty cheap comparted to many others. (185) but we use propane for cooking, heat and hot water!
So the fees are
customer service fee (we have never called them to use customer service)

Sales Tax
They haven't added in a delivery fee with is more than the entire bill in other companies. That will probably be next.
