When Steve and our godson and a couple of his friends reworked the pond a couple of years ago, they made it a bit steeper. I love it and love the bigger size, but I cannot hide the liner with flat rocks no matter what we do. They worked so hard and did such a great job with it. Not sure what to try next. Our poor goldfish didn't make it through the winter. We had a pond heater in it to keep a small area open and warmer but I guess it wasn't enough to save them. We had some nice sized ones. Poor things. I hope the water lilies made it.
And I am trying to figure out what kind of flowering plants to put around the pond this year. Landscaping is not one of my talents. We still need to straighten some of the rocks and fix the little bridge.
