Stalled out over the holidays and was soooooo frustrated. But got back to eating new-normally again AND upped my daily step minimum and it's working.

Now I've just got figure out what to do with my left arm. Partially tore a tendon in the upper arm trying to get the gate loose yesterday where it had frozen to the ground. LOTS of pain, LOTS of cussing. Arm works (sort of) as long as I'm VERY careful but can't lift anything or push against anything with it. If it's anything liek the last time (the hornet incident), it'll take months to heal... :-(

And I don't have time for that!!!!
