But I feel better. I've raised my daily step goal a thousand steps. And at night when I'm watching TV, I find myself getting up & walking around the living room - not to get steps but because it feels better than sitting. And while I'm walking, I'm also moving my arms - sometimes with light weights - to help them as well. Or I was before trying to open the gate. Now I'm just doing the one arm so I'm lop-sided and it's AWKWARD!!!!
