just made a pumpkin pie and forgot to put foil around the edge so it wouldn't burn. It's not black but a little more BROWN than I wanted. Hope this isn't an indication that I'll mess up the other dishes. Oh, well......I'm the only one who eats pumpkin pie besides Brian's other brother, who is in the nursing home. He eats EVERYTHING!
