Out of a dozen eggs, I only had one that wouldn't cooperate....
Still, not bad for 11 out of 12.
I bring them to a boil, turn it down to a simmer, let them simmer 10-12 minutes. Pour the hot water off, run cold water over them for I guess about 30 seconds, refill the pot with cold water & then dump in a 30 oz tumbler full of ICE. Let them sit a couple of minutes & then start peeling. It's the best way I've found.
