We ran into it a few years ago when buying an expensive piece of something electrical that John was working on. The box looked new & was even plastic wrapped. We got it home and the part inside wasn't even the correct part AND it was used, dirty, and broken. Had a heckuva battle with Lowes getting our money back on it.
