was delivered yesterday - I just opened the box and the thing is dirty and metal parts have rust on them! WTF?! The screws, nuts and other small parts are in a ziplock bag. Someone put this together, used it, then took it apart and returned it! What nerve! I'm incensed!

I'm returning it!! And I'm pissed!
