OMG.

Almost $29000 to fix the front and West side wall. Not covered by insurance. And that doesn't include paying an electrician to move wires/conduits and breaker boxes. OR someone to tear off my front porch and then rebuild it. And I'll have to beg T & Matt to help me empty the canning kitchen (a freezer, a frig, and a stove have to come out) and the entire laundry room.

I'm in sticker shock & don't even know where to begin. But I have no choice but to fix it - the alternative could be my house collapsing from the damaged wall.

Maybe I should just slap some paint over it and sell.....
