I'm sorry you lost those trees. I love trees and it makes me so sad when something happens to them. We had a lot of branches come down over the winter but not any entire trees.

I have (or had) a lot of pachysandra planted out front and in the backyard and only about 30% survived. I've never had a loss of so much before. I was going to blame it on the use of salt on the roads but that doesn't explain what happened to the ones in the back. I had it so nice last year and now the beds look like crap.
