ALL I wanted to know is if this medical group is in my insurance's network AND what this additional charge of $363 for 'OFFICE O/P EST MOD 30 MIN' is.

So, first I'm told, yes, they are in the network then told no. SMH. They would not or could not tell me what that charge was for but said they would resubmit the claim without that charge. WHY am I skeptical that will really happen.

Seems like no one knows what they're doing anymore.
