Called the doctor's office and was told to call the billing dept. Spoke to the billing dept....well, I had to have Brian speak to the billing dept because I couldn't understand 80% of what the woman was saying and he's used to speaking to people from all over the world. Anyway, after a few minutes, we were told to speak to the office. Called the office and was told to speak to the billing dept and I said, "NO, I was told to speak to YOU", to which she replied...."My manager is not here". Oh, brother. So, I asked when the manager WOULD be there and she said Tuesday. This is ridiculous. I just want to know why I'm being charged for two different amounts for a simple wellness visit which includes NO tests other than taking blood pressure reading.

Everything is a pain in the ass!
