Gotta say, there were times since October that I didn't think that was going to happen.... Now I'm just hoping/praying he's strong enough for us to get to & from Houston at the end of the month and that the meds have kept the cancer from progressing more!!!!

It's been crazy here... Kate & Matt are finishing the basement of their house to have more room when the new baby arrives in June. T & Meg are making an offer on a new house today (don't think they'll get it but they're making the offer).

The Twins have been getting along fairly well. Some grumbing but no attacks. (KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!) Sebastian waits til I wake up every morning & climbs up on the bed for snuggles. Freddie waits til he leaves & then jumps up for his turn. And Freddie has been snuggling on the couch between the two of us the past few nights.

Are all men as dense as my husband??? He was on a combination cough suppressant/pain medication (opiod variety) for a week. And he was feeling GREAT. He finished the cough/pain med and insuranc wouldn't pay for any more so he's gone cold turkey and has moaned & groaned & whined.... BUT REFUSES TO TAKE HIS PLAIN PAIN MEDS!!!! Insists that he doesn't need them... When I try telling him he felt great while taking them every 12 hours, he says I'm wrong, that was just because of the cough syrup.... I've even brought up the med info sheets to show him that it was a combination cough syrup/pain relief medication and he still doesn't "get it" and insists that he doesn't need pain meds. While moaning & groaning & unable to sit/eat/stand/walk/move without hurting...
