I can seem to fix them without being dry is with my Mom's recipe using cream of celery soup mixed with broken up bread, spread on top of the chops and baked at 375 for 35 minutes. I didn't try that in the air fryer. But they turn out fairly moist. It was called poor man's stuffing back in the day.
