DRIVE ME CRAZY!. I hardly make them anymore because no matter what I do they’re always dry. I’ve never tried making them in an air fryer, tho. I can count on one hand the number of times I made chops or pork loin that were moist and juicy. Seems like you either have to cook them 5 minutes or 3 hours to be tender! 😡
