I'm a little leery of him taking it without running it past the oncologists first but it appears they can't be bothered to even follow up on his appt from two days ago. Grrrrr!!!!!!!

I've talked with several people in a kidney cancer support group though who have dealt with anemia (it's apparently common with this kind of cancer) and none of them have encountered any issues taking iron supplements BUT none of them are on the same drug that he's on so....

I guess we'll find out one way or the ohter!
