How the heck did someone get your license plate numbers on their car????

That's just not right....

(T got hit with a bunch of tolls after he sold his Volkswagon. Seems the state didn't transfer the ownership in a timely manner & the new owner was crossing the Ohio River every day.... It was a MESS for him to clear up!)
