78now out over cast as it has been all mornings. rain predicted rest of the week. hope it holds out  till  afternoon wash on line will be dry by then.will get to the 80s today. no 90s this week
no plans for today. know something will come up though for me to do

rained every day afternoon. much needed to end drought for the year

was nice at the lake. working in yard saturday. sunday cleaning house and family up. next family get together is the 4th. well not the 4th as they want that day at home . 4th on a week end this year . so am wondering

daughter and hubby came up sunday afternoon bringing green beans and potatoes. corn on cob and pork seasoned shredded. grand brought macaroni salad and cut up water melon. daughter brought a whole melon that i got to take home. got lots of melon here now. chickens love it. i have a slice every day. other grand brought doughnuts. they went to water. daughter mowed. i can not start the mowers there.
i was not able to persuade any dog to get in car and go with me. they were okay at home though. fenced in yard. doggy door. lots of dry food sitting out.i missed having a dog with me
i got lots of left overs to eat too.so all set
