41 was colder but has warmed up.just got in from feeding chickens and dog next door. still hard to believe when i asked renter what happened to other dog was she did not it was gone for 2 weeks. so you know why i put food over fence.

i got fewer cards this year then i have in years. even pal letters have slacked down. usually this time of year every one writing to get their cards in

yesterday meeting friend had a nice lunch. fish, chicken, rice. we all exchanged guifts. i got a large glass platter that i do not need. will see if grands want it.

i have a dinky tree up. with card board decorations. lulu takes them off. i have replaced them few times a day. that is why no glass on tree i knew she would do this. she has a little ball she plays with. she is still a puppy. no manger under it. knew that would not last
