It's sunny and will get up into the mid 80s this afternoon. The DPW truck just came through for the yard waste pickup. My sinus infection isn't going away on its own so I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon. I need to talk to them anyway about getting additional blood work and other testing done to figure out which autoimmune disorder I have since the rheumatologist won't run further tests.

Afterwards I have to run several quick errands, then come home and rest since this sinus infection has left me totally exhausted.
