75 right now. rain yesterday cooled things off kids in school can not take cell phones and they are up in arms with out their phones. i think good idea they need to think on school not who texting.

yesterday at doc Had x-rays  nothing obvious on back just generating arthritis  and  scoliosis .so nothing that can be fixed. Said 2 extra strength Tylenol 3 times a day. So will try that. Will go back to him Bout shoulder. He replaced right but now left hurts can not raise my arm I say thought I was too old for this.he Said I was right age
 
its shopping morn. got my list . last week only spent ten dollars shopping so this trip will make up to it.
