Now get this straight...when you desrtroy the Capital on Jan. 6th..It is no crime and you get pardoned,

Touching the water in the Reflection Pond is destruction of Government Property and you get arrested..

Makes sense to Trump and his minions. I think it is one more sign of Trumps delusions or dementia..

Trump has to blame someone else for all the things he touches that fails. Imagine.. he recently posted "law enforcement is investigating “vandalism” and suggested that “radical left lunatics” were behind some of the structure’s issues".

Next thing you know, a 67 year old man,a former Olympian, stopped his bike ride to inspect the pool. He reached into the water and touched a piece of the pool's already peeling blue liner. He was arrested by the U.S. Park Police and charged with a misdemeanor for the destruction of government property. Some reports say others have been arrested for reaching in the water and retrieving blue pieces floating in the water- which is now algae green.

Some additional info: Trump projected the project would cost 1.8 million, but federal records show the final cost was 14 million. The job was done by a company that has done work on pools at some of Trump's golf courses... and.. was awarded with no bids.

The 14 million "no bid" contract will increase as Trump will attempt to make repairs for the damage he has caused..
just like his ballroom that private donors were paying for that he now want millions to complete...

Trump spends tax dollars like it is his personal money and Congress allows it...

I too, would hope any sane judge would toss this out, but you have to remember Trump likely ordered the arrest of anyone who even touches the water. He's only trying to deflect from the obvious.... he hired an incompetent contractor to paint the pool blue and then fill it too soon.

Hiring the incompetent? Sounds familiar.
