Investigation Into The Shooting of Renee Good

I expect and would truly hope the investigation into the shooting of Ms Good would include the following policy from the Dept of Justice's own website:

Deadly force may not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect.
Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force.

Most reactions to this tragedy and the various videos seem to fall along party lines.

Noem labeled Good's actions as "Domestic Terrorism" before any investigation and JD Vance referred to it as "a tragedy of her own making" Liars and morons, both.

I would hope for a complete and honest investigation, but since the FBI will not allow State to help in this investigation it will be based on whatever Patel is told to base it on..

After seeing this played out a dozen times ( these idiot activists wrecking expensive vehicles) in the last couple of months I'm wondering if insurance companies are paying out on these claims. If I was operating an insurance company I'd have a list of the people using these apps and using their vehicles to obstruct law enforcement and harass them and immediately cancel all insurance. Insurance companies routinely reject claims for improper or unsafe use of an object and or criminal acts. Get these people's plates and names and start canceling! Maybe its time to get stupidity listed as a pre-existing condition.

Sad, of course, but she did it to herself. Its funny but if she had minding her own business and been shot by an illegal, it wouldn't have even made the news.

Funny that the only weapon used was in the hand of an ICE Agent The agent approached as the lady was leaving and pulling out fired his weapon, stepped back and fired twice more into her side window.
If you listen closely to the video you can hear her say "I am pulling out" and instantly the first shot was fired.

ICE had no reason to detain her. She had the right to leave.

I do not see that as justification to kill her.

There was a dog in the back seat of this loons car, I do hope he or she is ok. Hopefully this poor dog will be rehomed and was not sent back to Loons wifey.

The dog was good. ICE agent got it out of the car. I saw the husband sitting on the curb with it.

Would they have done that crap with the child in the back?

They weren't doing anything illegal, dropped their son off at school, driving home. The victim never left the car, her wife was verbally taunting the agent, no physical contact, nothing, nothing to make him fear for his safety. He shot an unarmed woman, trying to drive away, wheels fully turned away from him, not once, but three times... the last two through her open side window.

I'll bet if he could have killed the dog too, he would have.
