Funny that the only weapon used was in the hand of an ICE Agent The agent approached as the lady was leaving and pulling out fired his weapon, stepped back and fired twice more into her side window.
If you listen closely to the video you can hear her say "I am pulling out" and instantly the first shot was fired.

ICE had no reason to detain her. She had the right to leave.

I do not see that as justification to kill her.
