No competitive primary nomination. In 1984, the Democratic electorate allowed its Party elite to create super delegates to push votes toward their own preferred candidate, damn the party faithful. So, you think you have Democracy? No, you don’t because your candidate is chosen by the Democratic elite through activists, big money donors, and endorsements. Powerful influences.

Kamala was picked by Barry Obama, Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi. Barry and the Squad picked A. Walz because they didn't want the Jew, even though he was a much better option. They may not have even wanted Kamala but since she was black or Indian or whatever the hell she is and a female, they couldn't pass her over. When you live by identity politics, sometimes it bites you in the ass.

I know some squad members were not happy how it all went down. I was surprised they even stirred some dust over it, but they did. Of course the dust settled.

Blu, the Democratic candidate was chosen by delegates at the DNC. They previously voted for the Biden-Harris ticket, Biden dropped out and Kamala dropped in. She would have been the VP candidate on the ticket and would have been a heartbeat away from being President. Why do you have a problem with this? It was legal and it was Democratic.

What do you think would have been the proper path once Biden dropped out? What, in your mind, should have happened? Just a reminder, the nomination of Harris occurred at the Democratic National Convention.

Totally legal but no way is she the candidate if Biden dropped out before the primaries. The democrats had no real choice. I think where they blew it was allowing her to pick Walz.

Ever since his disastrous debate and her interview on 60 minutes (in a surprisingly tough interview) I think she’s shown that despite her years of service she is very weak on policy. Then she goes on a comedy tour on the View and Howard (burnout) Stern and goes back to he laughing and cackling. She reminds me so much of some good time sorority college girls at U OF I. Fun to be with but not to take home to mom.

Only Trump can blow this election now. If Harris does lose, I would send Walz to China on a cargo ship.

And now to make Joe happy. Gee Soccer, you and MG are Dumbocrats and you drink Kool aid and are just stupid and brainwashed.

Agree, if Biden hadn't dropped out Harris wouldn't have been my first choice either, but that's not the hand we were dealt and I have much more faith in her and Walz vs. Trump and the guy Blu has a crush on.

The 60 minutes tough questions interview I must have missed. She wouldnt last 2 minutes in an interview like Trump does on these hostile networks. I don't know if that's true either, but let's say it is... that will have zero effect on Harris' chances of beating Trump.

She's running against the Dictator wanna be, not other Dem candidates.

Dems will vote for Dems and in my opinion, Harris is going to gain a lot of women voters and new voters. Trump is actually helping Harris with undecided voters with every lie he spews.
