Again, a possibility with some of the over the hill gang but it's just as possible that you would call the 34 year old and they would be in mommy's basement waiting for hot milk at 3 a.m.
There's a proper mix of "seasoned" people without having "senile" people. Term limits would end the problem but setting age limits could be considered age discrimination. You have to ask yourself, why are the boomers running and holding these posts?
