Bingo Marshall Dillon. Cover all evacuating personnel. Destroy any equipment that can't be reclaimed. When the last civilian is removed, cover the evacuation of troops with the threat of heavy bombing and let the country work out their own details.
Now, we leave with our tails tucked (politically) and we run the risk of the new ISIS (remember Obama said they were gone) building on the strength that they defeated a super power.
