Democrats have done wonders for Granite. Congratulations!
But if you notice, in the last state and federal election, GC is swinging to the right. Our county board is now GOP.
Locally people vote for the most popular or the most well known person. That was evident in our last mayoral election.
On the state, federal and now even county level, people in this area are starting to vote for the candidate based on policy, not party and that's a good thing.
