I think his daughter needed a hall in June so Governor Cuomo decided June would be a good time to reopen the halls. Sometimes things are just as they appear. Cuomo should have been run out of town for murdering all those people by stacking them up to die in nursing homes, and yet because he is a Democrat he gets a pass. Sure he took a little heat, but he's still the Governor.
