Texas? Look at what this senile old fool has been directed to do to Louisiana! He knows not what he is doing, just going along with someone's plan which includes killing potentially two hundred thousand jobs in that state. His mind no longer works, but his signature hand sure does. I wonder how many of those "green jobs" he has lined up for these people? Aren't the Keystone people happily working in all those new jobs already?
