A month or two? Yeah, that's fair.
All the same, landlords should be happy to see money in the hands of their tenants.
Why is that? Do you think some of these people are going to pay back rent or for that matter current rent as long as the non-eviction policy is in effect.
My guess is the landlords will see more 70" t.v. screen boxes in their trash dumpsters.
