To the person who said they hoped I had legal documentation on my comments about Richard Cohen, Yes I do! I have his criminal and civil court records for Illinois and Missouri. I would not make a litigious statement. Anyone can read these documents It is all a matter of public record. As far as my weirdo statement, there are dozens of people who have encountered him and say the same thing.
