Did you notice how PRESIDENT Joe Biden just authorized Emergency relief funds for Texas?
Even for a state that just barely teetered away from him and ended up going to that other guy... He never antagonized them....He never said it's their fault for decades of failed energy policy.
All he did was authorize relief help. He was being president of people who both agreed and disagreed with him and did not act petty about it.
