I know what you said, but then when you're looking at me you keep saying 'you' as in 'your side'.
Most riots that I have not been a part of, but watched on TV - have most often caught law enforcement and other authorities off guard.
When the news comes out "All fifty state capitals are fortified as is the Capitol..." it really doesn't leave 'rioters' with too many options.
Also too, if I were in a rioters shoes -- I would think the ability to stay anonymous in a crowd would be a consideration.
However, if the might is deployed from the get-go, that riot is going to be cracked before it even picks up steam.
Why anyone riots anytime? I don't know.
I personally am not a fan of it anytime, in spite of who it is. It's just a fact though, that there is no cloak of innocence left for any side when it comes to the issue of rioting.
