Mike Madigan 'technically' 'ends' his reign as Speaker of the House.
Things will surely be 'changing' now that one of his allies is holding the gavel now....
Horray!! The reign of Madiganistan is now 'complete' and a 'new' regime will be sworn in.
I am sure he will (no longer) be pulling the wires in the puppet show.
