    I agree, once an exercise of the first amendment to turn into violence or damage to property, it is no longer 'within one's right'...

    It's a day unlike any other.

    But it remains unfortunate that a transition of power could not be peaceful.

    And then we are supposed to be a beacon to other nations?

    That needs to change, no matter what the party dynamic happens to be at any given time.
