At least in the property records, the building still hasn't changed hands, still owned by K-Mart's and paying $57,000 a year in taxes.
I imagine by now, K-Mart owes more in taxes than in actual revenues being generated, by whatever stores may be left. I don't even know where there is an open K-Mart within a day's drive. It's not a dinosaur safari that I would be interested in taking.
