The stock market nose dived today because Congress has yet to pass the stimulus package. It's been up and down all year. If you invest regularly, you understand the fluctuations.
The continued thread of lockdowns or in our case, stronger mitigation, is creating some doubt among investors. If the stimulus is released, and it will be after the 3rd, the market will sprint again.
As for Biden, he is now pretty much reading prepared texts. Trump should do that once in while as well instead of shooting from the hip. It's clear Biden is being told what to say and where. He's not on the same level he used to be.
