If you’re at your polling place to vote and you hear an election judge say that the amendment question is the “fair tax,” that is a violation of election law and should be immediately reported to your County Clerk and the State Board of Elections.
Call your County Clerk immediately to report the violation.
And then submit a written complaint to:
