River, the cause of the shut down was not to protect your health.
The cause of the shut down was JB Pritzker having to pay his (40%) share of Medicaid for hospitalization; money he doesn't have.
Did you notice the " Stay Home Save Lives" signs popping up in Democratic locations?
This is a predominantly lower class disease, with no cure. Follow the money River.
Perhaps he has other plans for that money?
